The Cogenerator Heat and Power group

 At the end of the biogas line, the cogenerator heat and power (CHP) group can be installed in a soundproof container, with all the electrical and electronic devices for an easy and remote control. The CHP unit can be used to produce electricity and thermal energy for own consumption of the plant.

The system provides the following treatments for reducing emissions into the atmosphere: 

• biogas filtration for the abatement of acid species;
• control of air/fuel ratio for the optimization of combustion parameters;
• post-treatment of exhaust fumes.
