InnEA's plant productivity
The survey sheet of functionality and efficiency of the system (the original documentation is available at the Consortium InnEA) made with technology InnEA and signed by our customers shows the following results in productivity:
- Location: Lombardia;
- Supply: Agricultural by-products and slurry/manure cattle;
- Installed electric power: 999 kW;
- Energy produced in 2014: 8.637.686 kWh;
- Operating hours in 2014: 8700 h;
- Internal power consumption in 2014: 11,7 %.
Production for a plant of 100 ton/day of O.F.M.S.W.
Considering 100 ton/day of O.F.M.S.W., our technology is able to provide the following results:
- 5 tons of plastic to recycle or sell;
- 15 tons of dry fractions to be recycled;
- 18 tons of high quality compost to use or resell;
- 5.500 m3 of CO2 pure to 99% for different purpose and commercializations;
- 15.000 m3 of biogas, which become 9.000 m3 of high quality biomethane or is entered into 1 MW cogeneration system for the production of electrical and thermal energy.
Production for a plant of 130 ton/day of By-products
Considering 130 ton/day of by-products, our technology is able to provide the following results:
- 18 tons of high quality compost to use or resell;
- 5.500 m3 of CO2 pure to 99% for different purpose and commercializations;
- 15.000 m3 of biogas, which become 9.000 m3 of high quality biomethane or is entered into 1 MW cogeneration system for the production of electrical and thermal energy.
